TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All room types’ rates, excluding our Luxury 2-Bedroom self-catering Suites (Serviced Self-Catering Suites) includes a R 70.00 Breakfast voucher at Île de pain or similar Breakfast venue on Thesen Islands
- Breakfast is not served on site and guests have a choice of four different types of breakfast restaurants each morning to enjoy breakfast
- Breakage charge(s) for any damages in the Luxury 2-Bedroom Suites (Serviced Self-Catering Suites) caused by the guest, will be added to your account upon check-out.
- Quoted per person, per night
- Children by arrangement
- Inclusive of VAT @ 14%
- 1% Tourism Levy Included

CHILD POLICY (By Arrangement ONLY)
- Children aged 0 – 2 years – Free
- Children aged 3 – 5 years – R 100.00
- Children aged 6 – 15 years – Normal child rate applies
- Children aged 16 (+) – Adult rate applies
BOOKING PROCEDURES
- No reservation will be accepted and confirmed without a 50% deposit.
- Deposits by credit card will be affected with guests' permission when details (card number, expiry date, last 3 digits on back of card) are provided.
- For direct bank deposits, our banking details will be supplied upon request.
- Reservations made by agents will be confirmed upon receipt of voucher. Invoices to be paid strictly within 30 days from date of invoice.
- A maximum of 10% STO discount is applicable during our Peak Summer season (20 Dec – 5 Jan) for any Tour Operator / Travel Agents wanting to make a booking over this period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A 5% administration & bank charge fee will apply if your reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
- A 25% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 15 & 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 14 & 7 days prior to expected arrival date.
- Full 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 7 days prior to reservation date.
- Full 100% cancellation fee will apply for “No Shows”
